Roll Call is pretty reliable - Grassley does have dementia though.
Not a great sign... If the vote were to be tied, we'd need Pence to break the tie.
This essentially removes Chuck Grassley's vote because now he's just a tiebreaker. Any time you remove a vote from something like this, it's not good.
