I think Lin Wood and Pence are both on the up-and-up. I think the letters were a proposed peace deal with the Deep State. Either they refused, or backed out, or Trump never had any intent to honor the deal and wanted to use it as a trap. Either way, Pence knew what was in it, and Lin is saying it's time for everything to come out. Doesn't mean he thinks Pence is an enemy, unless there's something more I haven't seen.
