How come Sleepy Biden in 2016 let let trump win tho if VP reject powers. (after downvotes recieved, clarifying that I am merely curious as to why other VP dont use superpowers )

Perhaps there were no other votes submitted, no conflicting option and no basis to disqualify in the absence of actual fraud.

Correct. Al Gore had to certify Florida in 2000 because there were no competing slates of electors.

Don't know why you've been downvoted. I have questions about this VP power, too. Because why wouldn't Gore have used it after the 2000 election against Bush?

Pretty sure this is where the objections by reps and senators come into play too

Because SCOTUS overruled Gore.

Those pussies wouldn't even hear the evidence this time.

There are 7 alternate slate states. He can choose all GOP slates if he wants to. The key is to display during the time to actually show the summary of fraud so he is effectively covered.
