Now he gets tested, the time where Trump's back is finally up against the wall, will Pence come and save him or leave him to the wolves. A true test of character if you ask me. If Pence wants to run for POTUS in 2024, what is his best option here? We need to think that way. If he doesn't want to run, all bets are off. The other factor that bothers me is it's been said that Karen (!) Pence doesn't like Trump. Don't underestimate the wife's influence in any trigger situation.
He doesn't want to run in 2024. Paul Ryan and some swamp GOP like Rubio want to run. Cruz is also lining himself up to run. Their whole plan is to keep Trump out so they can be the opposition party for four years to Biden and Harris. Understandably, Biden and Harris will be terrible and instead people will vote for ANY alternative, even if thats a Paul Ryan or Rubio ticket. Swamp helps swamp.
