This is what he later posted:

  1. Pence rejects electors from fraud states; sent back to state legislatures

  2. Biden doesn’t have 270 on 1/6

  3. State legislatures convene hearings

  4. Trump drops powerful new evidence

  5. Fraud states decertify

  6. 12A House Vote - 1 per state delegation

  7. Trump 2nd term

Still sounds a little too vague to me and like the other comment says, there are quite a few hold the line moments there.

It could work, but it could also go wrong if Pence decides not to do his job. If Pence DOES the right thing, that means he might be privy to even more evidence of election fraud that hasn't been released yet.

Theres a step missing between 3 and 4: make the state legislators fear the people

Its much simpler. 1. Pence rejects electors from fraud states. Trump wins 232-230. States AND courts have had two months to make the right choice. They chose not to. No need for more time. Pence should of course show any evidence that hasnt been revealed yet.

Let the Chinese Dems play defense for a while. They have had the upper hand since Nov 3. Why give them any more chances to cheat and steal? I do NOT trust the House contingency option. Nasty P is in control and WILL find a way to screw Trump. Pick the option that vests control in the person most likely to be loyal to Trump and has the power to act, Mike Pence.

This could actually work out, right?

couple of hold the line moments to get through. 1) Pence does the right thing for all the right states 2) States do the right thing in hearings and voting

Those state legislatures vote based basically on the number of reps they have in each party total. Republicans control the most states. However have you noticed the rash of deaths of Republican reps who were young and healthy from COVID in last weeks.... very suspicious.

What exactly is the plan? Doesn't sound like Pence can do much or is he bluffing?
