House vote is based off state legislatures control, which is, correct me if I’m wrong, 27-23 Republican control. They have to vote party line so Trump wins.
I've never heard this, you got any sauce for this point? Are you saying state legislatures can't cuck and vote D, like they're not physically allowed to do so?
While it doesnt specifically say they HAVE to vote along party lines the one vote issued per state NOT matching the party that controls the legislature would basically be the equivalent of that entire body acting as a faithless elector which is way worse than a couple individual idiots from a panel of electors being faithless (which i think happened like 10 times in US history lol)

No they dont. Neither Art II nor the 12th Amendment say anything about voting along party lines.
correct

That is not true. There is no reference to parties anywhere in the guiding documents.

Which is why it's good we have 27-23. Some may cuck
Abe knows a thing or two about stopping false news.
Where does it say they have to vote along party lines (link if possible)? Not disagreeing, just curious. Thanks in advance.
I don't trust them as far as I could throw them.
Not true that they have to vote on party line.
Does anyone have a source for the house being state legislatures rather than the Congress?
