i only say that your plan won't work. i didn't say other plans wont. actually i directly implied that other plans would.

to follow up on how poorly thought out your plan is, step 6 is irrelevant. if fraud states decertify, then they no longer have appointed electors. trump wins 232-230. there wouldnt need to be a contingent vote at all. electoral count act doesn't require 270, just a majority of appointed electors. no certification, no appointment, their votes aren't in the denominator of the fraction required to get to 50%.

"no new evidence" - no, I can't say that for a fact.

"new magical evidence that will all of a sudden convince people like Nancy Pelosi to say 'oh wow, I guess Joe Biden cheat, ok gang we should all just confirm trump now" - yes, I know this for a fact that no evidence like this will be presented.

we have what we have. there will be more of what we already have sure.

there won't be any unicorns though, so if that's what anybody is waiting for, I hope they enjoy waiting.

step 1: https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1346488314157797389

step 2: Trump wins 232-230

electoral count act doesn't require 270 votes. it requires 50% of appointed electors. if fraudulent states are rejected in a manner in which they are considered to have not been appointed at all, then they don't affect the threshold required to reach 50%.

Yeah and then you have six states being told "your vote doesn't count"

It's not a stretch to think other states will say "If our vote can be thrown out like that, with no court case and no relief, then we don't recognize the authority of the federal government"

You don't want to get into that situation. Trump is president, but of nothing.

Ah, new accounts. Never Change. Trump wins in all outcomes. Get over it.

Every path in which trump wins will involve violence. Either the right uses violence to force the path, or the left reacts to the path with violence.

The only path that doesn't involve violence is trump conceding, and even that path would probably lead to violence.

you need to start getting comfortable with the fact that all paths are going to result in violence.
