I thought for 1 to work the legislators need to be in session and they are in recess. The governor won't let them get in special session.

If neither candidate has 270 and state legislators refuse to come back, then this shit is gonna drag out well beyond Jan 20 even though that’s the Constitutional inauguration date. 🤷🏽‍♂️
