I've known people who have legitimately been in that situation and you need to keep it on for 6-8 weeks. How is it that we've seen Joe suddenly walking normally without one after just a few weeks? What a phony.

No idea. A lot of what they do doesn't make sense when you take a rational approach. Maybe to make himself appear more likeable and more "average Joe plays with his dog too"
