Based on what we know, the voting machines may be part of the scam, but until we can forensically examine machines used on election night, we won't know for sure. Where we actually see the hard data discrepancies is after the data is transmitted to Edison/Scytl/SoS systems. I'm amazed there is no talk of that anywhere in this report.
