I have to take this course on unconscious biases. I'm just trying to click thru this thing as fast as possible. I glanced at it and literally saw micro aggressions on there. Fuck me.

How long is it going to take to get this bullshit rooted out of our school systems? Rooted out of corporations?
They did that where I work. A bunch of people complained including liberals because they didn't like getting called racist. I filed an EEOC complaint because the training was basically white people and culture bad. The day before they interviewed me for my complaint they stopped the training. Most places don't like the threat of a lawsuit. Oh and I was told I couldn't really file the complaint because i don't consider myself white. Next time I call I will say i am a white Hispanic.
