Maybe if our gov would subsidize the domestic cotton like they do with the cotton we're exporting, then he would (preferably not subsidize at all). Until then, the Big Cotton industry treats us citizens a lot like our Big Healthcare industry (ie plug all the farming expenses towards the American consumer while giving the rest of the world a subsidized discount)
