So I have some disappointing news about the supposed "free speech" alternative to Twitter / FB called Parler (I've sure you've heard about it or use it by now).
Parler is actively censoring pro-Trump, anti-lockdown, anti-Biden news.
Anyone can test this easily.

This isn't the only one.
I became suspicious of Parler after some friends of mine were banned with no reason given and were ignored by Parler's support. I then found others who were banned and they said they raised alerts when they saw news stories and news sites suddenly being blocked by the app.
Why in the hell is Parler, who is targeting Trump voters and collecting millions of phone numbers, now secretly blocking news? Doesn't seem to fit their "free speech" message, does it?

Not only that but there is a SHITTON if super racist accounts that will start following you immediately. This is a total set up to demonize the right. I was on for a bit but got off that POS.
That's why I don't go on GAB. I get it, I like free speech too, but I can only handle so many Hitler "kill the Jews" memes in my day.
Roger that. I’d like to think a lot are fake accounts put out there to demonize us, but at least a portion have to be real which is depressing to me.
I think a lot of them are just idiots who think it's funny. But Gab's inability to control them overtaking the entire site has kept real Conservatives and actual influencers from joining the platform.
It's sad, because I believe Gab was started with good intentions, but they didn't execute it properly.
Gab is the free speech equivalent of a bunch of 2A'ers getting drunk at a bar and shooting their guns in the air. Yeah, I get it, but I'm not hanging out at that bar.
