I work at one of the largest banks in the world. Here is what the email said:

"Sharing with you the next initiative of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee...

Including my pronouns in my signature line is an important part of being an ally to the trans and non-binary community. It is a way to help normalize the practice, and hopefully make it a little easier for anyone who is using different pronouns than they have the past, or is using gender neutral pronouns (such as they/them/theirs).

Inviting everyone to update their signatures and participate.

Thank you,

Employee (She/Her)"

Don't do anything until they force you. Then pick ridiculous pronouns once forced. If they call it out as ridiculous call them bigots.

Came here to second the ridiculous pronouns. Make one up and when anyone woke questions you about it, give them the “I can’t believe you are so uninformed blah blah blah” speech.

Conservatives need to realize that you won't have this forced on you but you will be oppressed for not complying, think social credit score in China.

If you don't out pronouns in your email that will signify your non compliance to your managers and you won't get promoted or recommended for jobs etc...
