You'd be surprised. HIPPA buys a decent amount of privacy. The doctor simply has to state you're following their recommendations. So if you had exercise induced asthma it could be reasonable to limit masks in certain situations. 😉
Try a low cost / walk in / community Medicaid clinic. Phrases matter, if you need a note to show your employer you have discussed the vaccine/mask and have sought medical advice, unless you work IN healthcare they shouldn't be able to make you provide records. At least not currently.

Anyone you woke with work smoke, drink or eat like pigs? Have poor hygiene? These things weaken immunity and improve the chance of sickness, and invites communicable disease into the workplace. If health is an issue, then when is your employer going to intervene in these people’s lives for the sake of your health? Make them explain themselves and hold them to a standard of rationality.
