So... It would make sense to me that Pence counts the Trump votes, then the Dems will object to that. So, what happens? I think that a couple things can happen. Either 12th amendment (1 vote per state) kicks in if this happens with enough states that the votes are disqualified, or maybe the votes can to back to the state legislature to certify.

Maybe?
