Most of American politics has been an illusion of two-sides but both "sides" have been working in the same direction under the guise of having opposing beliefs. Trump is the real threat to establishment democrats, not republicans.
You go to court to win. Constitutional angles pose a better strategy to win in court. Courts are not necessarily there to hear evidence of fraud. That's not really their job. Courts don't get to choose whether an election was legitimate or not. There's no real legal angle for that. Technically, if there's fraud involved then it's the legislative assembly of the State who should be deciding how to allocate their electors such that there is no fraud, rather than the courts. If the legislative assembly chooses to certify a fraudulent election result that is actually within their power. Technically, the legislative assembly can certify whatever electoral votes they want because they make the law to determine how to decide those electoral votes and there's nothing mandating in the constitution that they must be decided by a popular vote based on universal suffrage democracy.
What Trump is trying to do in court is find an angle for the courts not to count the electoral college votes and fraud actually isn't the best angle but State executives bypassing the legislative branch is a much better angle because that is not constitutional.
Also, it's worth noting that on some rulings by judges the judges did in fact mention the substantial evidence of fraud but that their ruling did not take that into account because chances are their ruling wasn't over the fraud but over some other legal issue.
Again, it's not the judges job to decide if there was fraud or not. That's up to the legislators themselves to decide.
There was cheating in 2016 as well and Trump won despite that which means he won big. The GOP lost, not Trump. Just look at this website. Most people here don't support most of the GOP. People vote GOP because there's no alternative not because they actually support the GOP. People support Trump. The fact alone that the GOP won more senators and congressman yet Trump lost should be sending alarm bells ringing. Hardly anyone cares about the GOP, they care about Trump.
Also, 300k people didn't die from covid-19, the number is much lower. Furthermore, the total number of deaths in the USA has been roughly the same year-over-year so there haven't been any new deaths despite covid-19. In fact, a John Hopkins analysis showed there hasn't even been any significant deaths related to age, so no more old people have died than would normally die every year. That makes this point entirely moot.
