Yup. They're the uniparty. They fight like family. Viciously against eachother.

But they'll team up and completely destroy anyone outside the family who they feel threatened by.

Because ultimately they all care more about themselves and their power than they do about anything else and they're all delusionally egotistical about their significance. And they can relate to eachother in that way.
