They didn't run against each other you utter moron.

These are 2 different Senate seats. The races for both coincide due to a freak timing issue because Loeffler was appointed to fill a vacancy in one seat while Purdue's seat is up for regular re-election.

There is a run off because allegedly Purdue didn't get 50% of the vote -- he was running against Osoff and a Libertarian in the November election.

Loeffler ran against Warnock and Doug Collins and a Libertarian. No one got 50% in that one either.

This. The only one who split the vote was Loeffler in the Collins race. Loeffler and Purdue did not take votes from each other.

And Doug Collins ,and Shane Hazel who ran against Perdue, were MUCh better choices than either of these incumbents
