Bleeding the middle class does nothing about the problem of why marriage rates are also dropping like a rock year over year, and we're already below the great depression in terms of new marriages in a year.
It's not as simple as just fixing "the middle class" when one of the root causes is left unaddressed that's causing an even larger problem.
So their birth rates are still rising that fast? Wouldn't surprise me due to their traditional lifestyle, but that seems a bit insane.
