Bleeding the middle class does nothing about the problem of why marriage rates are also dropping like a rock year over year, and we're already below the great depression in terms of new marriages in a year.

It's not as simple as just fixing "the middle class" when one of the root causes is left unaddressed that's causing an even larger problem.
