I’ll keep this simple and to the point. You have been entrusted with the sacred trust of running our government and ensuring our elections are free and fair. The evidence is clear. Numerous affidavits, witness testimony, blatant late night ballot dumps, and denial and delay of forensic audit of ballots and ballot processing machines all scream “Election Fraud.” As a congressional representative it is your duty to represent the people you serve with honesty, integrity, and represent their will. It is abundantly clear from polls and protests that about 50% of the country believes this election had fraud sufficient to steal the election. Now is not the time to sweep it under the rug and ignore the evidence before us. All evidence must be presented before the entire congress and the American people.

Any state with significant evidence of voter fraud and elections that violate the constitution must be thrown out of the electoral college. State legislatures make the rules regarding elections, not election officials or judges. Any state that followed rules that violated what their legislature put in place must be thrown out of the Electoral College. With fraud, we’re not talking about a few dead or out of state voters. We’re talking about shutting out election challengers that legally have a right to observe the counting, huge ballot dumps in the dead of night that were mostly for Biden, unexplained discrepancies in the number of absentee votes in Pennsylvania, and documented vote switching from Trump to Biden to name a few. There is enough evidence of invalid and potentially fraudulent votes to change the entire election outcome. Here is the link to the second Navarro report that you need to read. It is unacceptable to elect a president without first investigating the fraud and proving that he was truly elected in a free and fair election. You must throw out electoral votes that were based on fraudulent or unconstitutional elections including Michigan, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Nevada, or have a new election run by the national guard with hand counting of votes and election observers present. Prove to America that their vote counts. If we can spend millions of dollars and use our military to secure other country’s elections we can afford to make sure our election is free and fair.

Do the right thing, vote to reject the fraudulent and unconstitutional electors or to have a new election that follows all the rules set up by the state legislatures. Also, get rid of the pork in the Coronavirus relief bill that was bundled with the Omnibus spending bill. That bill is an embarrassment and an insult to the American people. That bill should only address Covid relief, not any other spending or legislation, especially for other countries. President Trump has given you the chance to fix it. Fix the bill, and reject unconstitutional and fraudulent electoral votes.
