The PA Constitution ends Legislature office Terms on Dec 1st and there was a court order holding up the certifications (bc of the frauds going on). So given the numbers and things, the timing of the PA Constitution made PA rather unique situation. (On ballot was 100% of State House seats (bc 2 year terms) and 50% of State Senate Seats (bc 4 year terms.))
Your comment hiccupped x2, may try to delete the other one and see if this one shows up with an upvote; bc my upvote wont stick usually bc the double comment hiccup.
You're not the only one. I think it has to do with traffic levels. Try refreshing another tab/page of TD, then hit the save/post comment button after, this makes a "fresh" connection, and the comment doesn't get as lost in purgatory or hiccup'd. But it still happens A LOT.
