according to Jenna, Pence can send them back to their respective legislatures and force them to convene a special session to certify the correct ones giving them a deadline to return them.

thing is, if the Democrats object to too many electors and no one reaches 270, that triggers contingent election. 1 vote per state.
If GOP all votes for Trump, he wins.
