You’re assuming the white population stays impoverished. Manufacturing and white-collar jobs need to come back. Once that happens a good amount will rise back up out of poverty.

Let's just say 55% of whites vote Trump.
Then that's 33% for Trump and 27% for Biden (of the 60%)
Then we have 40% left, where 70% or more vote for Biden.
That is 28% for Biden and 12% for Trump. (of the 40%)
That is 33% + 12% for Trump = 45% for Trump
That is 27% + 28% for Biden = 55% for Biden
So removing welfare queens would definitely be good for Trump considering he has got the minority of their votes.
