Pro-Tip - If you've got a ballistics rated Kevlar, the "stock" thin 1/2" strapped retention system is less surface area to spread around your head is pretty terrible. Get the X-strap or fat pad. They're 1,000% more comfortable.
your neck is going to get a lot of discomfort based on the tiny strap that comes "factory" from it. you'll thank me later if you wear it for more than 30 minutes.

got a mil surplus never used kevlar helmet, even put a custom paint job on it. thanks for the tip ill look into it

already have a few times full load out and an hour on a treadmill. don't recommend it
