i cant help with that but what they are saying doesnt even contradict what trump said, he said that the vice president has that power, which i think he does, but not because he's the vice president, it's because of another position that pence has, i think it was president of the senate

What I've been saying. Older family members on our side, bless em, still go "but if Trump does x they'll use it to smear him!" and my response is just "And? They do it anyway? No-one cares!"
