If neither candidate gets 270, it goes to an election in which each state gets a single vote. Assuming that nobody breaks party lines, with 27 Republican and 23 Democrat state legislatures, Trump would win.

I heard, but did not confirm, that the Constitution prevents one from breaking party lines in a contingent vote.
