This sounds awfully familiar. Republican contest filling the seat because of massive ballot dumps in one county. The mail-in ballots didn't have date stamps. Republicans oust Democrat Lt. Governor who is refusing to acknowledge the lawsuit. Apparently they can recognize fraud after all.
