Let's say Trump had an expectation for Pence to coward out and the votes to go against him on jan 6th but he had a plan to somehow still end up winning. Like if he activated the military after that point and everything to this point was to justify that. But then why invite the crowd? It's a serious morale loss and he knows that Patriots are ready to go 1776 on this. It could cost some people their lives. It would make MAGA look like BLM in terms of violence instead of taking the high road like they've done so far. The move if he expected Jan 6th to be an L would be to not have the crowd.

So the results should be neutral or good on Jan 6th if everything is going to Trump's plan.

President Trump must know we don’t have the votes to toss electors (a majority in both houses). I’m convinced he has something up his sleeve if he’s telling us to go to DC. For once, he’d have boots on the ground that are loyal to him and help enforce his will.

We are his insurance policy. We’ll enforce the law and take justice into our own hands if the corrupt swamp betrays him.

State delegations come into play only in the house if we get a contingent election. To get a contingent election, neither candidate must have 270 or more electors. In a contingent election, the house votes by state delegations to determine the president. The senate votes with one senator, one vote to determine the VP.

But the contigent election would trigger if Pence opted to simply not count ANY electorals from the contested states, no? Both Xiden and Trump would be under 270.

That's my understanding yes

The contingent election would not trigger if Congress decides to accept the Trump electors. If they decide to have no electors from the contested states, then we get a contingent election. It wouldn’t matter who has more electoral votes after the fraudulent votes are tossed.

Maybe he's dragging it out this long to make it even more of a bang, more anger and indignance from supporters and looks much better in history. It's a grand show

Wait do we need a majority ???

Yes lol. But that's a different solution and more for optics. Doesnt look as bad if pence rejects electors if 100s of Congressman objected too.

Why not? Who cares what the laws say. He should do it anyway, then call marines into the chamber. Let them fight it in court, same way they do us.
