Maybe, but there's going to be a mess when the FULL footage gets seen by the jury and the prosecution is going balls out about what St George is saying and doing before he went to the ground...and then, there's the "PD rules of engagement" which MAY (I don't know) have been followed and then it's "we just followed protocol!" Even if there's a corrupt judge (which I expect), the lawyers just go to appeals court which has no jury and no TV presence.
