A liberal coworker told me the other day "don't assume that all democrats support all of these wild policies" and I responded something like this (I'm sure in the heat of the moment it was less eloquent than this, but you get the idea):
"I just spent the last four years being called a bigot, racist, homophobe and a Nazi because I voted republican... Now I am supposed to refrain from accusing you of supporting child murder, genital mutilation, and the destruction of the core values of our society? Nah, not gonna happen, baby killer."
I agree... but man its hard.
