Citizen, the 12th Amendment gives VP Pence the authority not to accept votes from States who held unconstitutional fraudulent Elections. The VP and he alone makes that determination.
These States changed Election Laws without going through their State Legislatures. It could not be any clearer.
VP Pence says he is a Christian. A Christian cannot certify a fraudulent Election.
VP Pence must do the needful.
People will say that is for the Courts to decide.
But Courts can be compromised. Is this not the precise reason that the Founders have the VP this discretionary power?
My opion, he just doesn't count them. What are they going to do, sue? Finally, evidence in front of the supreme court, or no standing and Trump wins.
Trump tweeted it out. That must be the strategy.
Surely Trump had a sit-down with his VP Pence and let him know what he wants done. VP Pence can say goodbye to his career if he cucks out here.
Trump's, "I hope Pence comes through", does not give us much confidence.
The best scenario is that VP Pence does not count. The Demonrats will run to the Supreme Court and the Court tells them they cannot take the case as it is clearly spelled out in the Constitution.
But this Supreme Court is compromised. That is why Patriot Lin Wood is attempting to oust Rooberts and Breyer.
