I grew up in Columbia County. It's one of the biggest red counties in the state. If they were gonna cheat, that's the county to manipulate.

Exactly. There's no way that county is anywhere near the lower end of 70 let alone under it.
Why did they fail to report this until now and doesn't such an admission explicitly call for an audit since standard protocols were broken?
