The so-called 'rules' of this election have been stacked against us. The election officials responsible for following their rules failed to do so, leading to a fraudulent election. We all know this.
What not a lot of people here seem to realize, is that there's still plenty of GOP Senate and House members whose help we need that still think that this election, while fishy, was mostly above-board, and are basing their response to Trump's claims to voter fraud (which is likely the only thing they see pertaining to voter fraud) on political calculations. "Will agreeing with Trump help me or hurt me in the next election?"
This is all important for reasons I'll get to in a minute.
The House is Dem controlled. To throw out any of the Biden EC votes in the contested states, we would need a simple majority in the House AND Senate, with one vote per House member, NOT one vote per state. That's for the contingent election, which only happens if neither Trump nor Biden gets a majority of EC votes, in which case the EC votes become irrelevant and it's one vote per state delegation to determine the presidency. Unless the Dems vote to throw out EC votes, and they won't, this is not a viable path to victory. Especially since we don't even have all of the GOP on board.
However, the GOP challenges serve as a decent litmus test to see if the GOP who still think this is about saving face will fall in line behind Trump or not. In war and games of strategy, your allies are not always your friends. Sometimes it's a matter of setting the game up so that your allies can't afford to betray you, when they otherwise would. The RINOs are still in play.
There are two viable paths to victory, the way I see it. Number one, Pence throws out Biden EC votes instead of counting them, and counts the uncertified Trump EC votes the same as if they were certified. This is not allowed, but frankly I don't care. The one potential problem is that the uncertified Trump EC votes may not physically be there for the counting. The second path is to storm the Capitol. You guys are hopefully set to do this if something goes awry. Hopefully enough of you decided to flout the rules and bring your guns as the Founders intended. You'll need 'em.
(I can't really help you guys, except to cheer you on, since I'm from Canada. Good luck though, and make America great again!)
