No all the living presidents and even Hillary Clinton attended in 2016. Jimmy was the first to accept and you are right he had cancer in 15, likely still fighting it.
I believe he got immunotherapy that crushed it.
It usually comes back. That is why I guess he is still fighting it. But who knows.
