Well - they don't decertify, unless you are talking State level. After the objection and the debate that follows, the house and senate vote to reject or accept. They do this in normal full body voting and both bodies must reject a slate of electors in order for them not to be counted.
The senate can’t decertify anything. If you had a legitimately seated alternate slate of electors, then something could be done tomorrow. As it is, you don’t.
I think Pence won’t open/count the electoral vote envelopes from the disputed states with 2 slates of electors. I think he kicks it back to their majority-Republican state legislatures. Easiest move for him. Seems PA and AZ are priming for a chance to decertify already. GA could be the 3rd state. Pence wants the 2024 spot for himself, so he has to play Trump ball. Of course, if I were Pence, I would disqualify and shred the EV envelopes from all those disputed states. Fuck them.
I don’t think it matters who objects in the House or Senate. But it’s good to get a list going of MAGA patriots and RINO traitors that should be primaried when they are up for re-election.

This isn't going to happen though. Both houses have to agree not to count the vote. Also, both houses actually cannot "decertify" the vote, only the legislative assembly of the respectful State can. By tomorrow, the State certified electoral votes are the State certified electoral votes and nothing will change that. Even if fraud is proven, they are still the State certified electoral votes. The only legal recourse is for the house + senate to choose not to count the State certified electoral votes. Again, both houses have to both agree not to count them. This has to be done for each State.
There is no way in a million years that the democrats in congress vote not to count the State certified electoral votes. It doesn't matter if God himself came down from Earth and told the democrats that there was fraud, they still wouldn't vote to not count Biden's electoral college votes.
