Pence can reject a slate of electors and ask the state to explain. Cruz plan can force a 10-day audit of the elections in certain states. If 1 rep and 1 senator object to a state, then each chamber debates for 2 hours and then returns to vote if they will accept the electors. permalink save report block reply
