Thought I would share my unedited letter incase anyone else needs those receipts. lol Dear Senator Scott,
I like many of the more than 74 million Americans that voted for President Trump are concerned with the serious allegations of election fraud in the states of PA, AZ, NV, WI, MI and Ga. As one of your constituents, it is your duty to ensure that not only my vote counts, but that America still stands for free and fair elections.
Over the past two months, it is my belief that the threshold for investigating fraud has been met. In fact, I knew on the morning of 11/4 that there was something seriously wrong with the data. I would like for you to consider the sheer implausibility of Biden win: • On the evening of the election President Trump was leading Biden by 300K votes in MI, 700K in PA, 300K in GA, 100K in WI before the vote counting stopped-almost simultaneously-and Biden was somehow able to make up those margins in the coming days. In the case of WI, there was a massive vote dump at 3:42 in the morning when they had supposedly stopped counting until 9am the following morning. Curiously, that vote dump yielded Biden 143,379 votes and President Trump only 25,163 votes which gave Biden the margin he needed to win the state. • Biden only carried 17% of all counties nationwide, but somehow received 81 million votes. The most votes of any person running for president, even outperforming Obama’s 2008 historic win. Surprisingly, he either underperformed, performed the same or did slightly better than Clinton did in 2016 except in the major cities in the key swing states that he needed to win to gain the presidency. In those cities, not only did he way over perform, but broke turnout records. But, again, only in those key cities. Add to that, Biden’s massive turnout was due to mostly Black votes in those key cities giving him the margin needed to win. If you compare how he performed nationwide with that key demographic, he did not come close to receiving the same avalanche of support. In fact, Trump’s support grew by 50% of his 2016 in the same demographic while democrats support decreased nationwide. • In contrast, President Trump increased his 2016 vote total by 11 million-the third largest increase by an incumbent president. Contrast that to Obama’s vote total falling 3.5 million from his 2008 totals. • President Trump increased his share of the Hispanic vote from 2016’s 29% to 35% in 2020. But, he somehow lost the election? • Trump won 2,497 counties compared to Biden’s “historic” 477 counties, and Biden still won? • Trump won 18 out of 19 bell weather counties and Biden only won 1, and Biden still won? • Historically, the winner of the election carries Florida, Ohio and Iowa. Trump not only won them, but did so with comfortable margins, but Biden still won? • President Trump had overwhelming coat tails that also point to fraud, due to the fact that Biden had no coat tails suggesting no down ticket support. Despite being told that it was going to be a massive blue wave, it turned out to be a massive red wave for republicans. We gained in the House-winning all 27 toss up seats. Democrats didn’t pick up a single House seat. We held the senate-without fraud, David Purdue would have won his seat without fraud, I’m sure. We picked up seats in state legislatures, even in NH, Republicans took control of both chambers. Despite having radically different agenda’s, Biden still won?
If you chose to ignore the overwhelming evidence of fraud, then you can still object by standing up for our constitution. Many of these states (PA, GA and WI specifically) had governors or their Secretaries of State invoke new rules for mail in balloting that were illegal. Article I, Section 1, Clause 2 of the United State’s Constitution clearly lays out that only the state legislatures are to make changes to election laws. This violation opened the door for the massive fraud that I believe did occur, and thus diluted my legal vote.
Our founding fathers did not fight and die for our freedom for those that came after them to only sometimes follow the constitution. Especially when it was politically expedient for them to follow: When it was approved by the donor class, lobbyist or the political elites. When I voted for you, I expected for you to uphold the oath that you swore to when you put your hand on that bible.
Our nation is at a crossroads right now. The only thing that separates us from freedom and Marxism is the members that we voted to represent us in Congress. It is my prayer that you will look at all the evidence, and when you are called upon, you will remember those brave men that came before you in 1776, WW 2, Korea, Vietnam, both Gulf wars and Afghanistan and you will defend our American way of life and our Constitution. If you take the cowards way out, you will make a mockery of those men’s valor and our Constitution.
Make no mistake, my vote depends on you having that moral courage.
Sincerely,
This is a good letter. I'm gonna use some of it and contact him as well. I am also his constituent. When I met him he seem very reasonable.
The other fact is that Biden is not out to help black people at all. If Tim Scott wants to help his home neighborhood, he'd do better with Trump who believes in him enough to back his opportunity zone idea.
I worry that Tim is too much like Lindsey. Fence sitting for likes.
