• If Trump flipped Biden months ago, Biden may have requested to announce it after the Georgia runoff therefore giving Ossof and Warnock a fair chance. Announcing it the morning of also gives the Democrats limited options other than Trump being the only possible person electors can choose.

• Biden conceding is the BEST result for Trump. It greatly diminishes the left's riots, and it would mean he's been sitting on a surefire victory the last few months allowing him to let things get this late in the game. I can't think of any other plan that would guarantee his victory at this point, everything else relies on a combination of Pence, SCOTUS (Democrats would challenge Trump victory if he goes the congressional route, etc.) If he had Biden confessing to FBI months ago or something then it's been GG for a while.

So if you believe in Trump enough that you see him getting the best possible result he can... it would mean a Biden concession.
