i think the law is that you can't vote if you weren't registered to vote on nov. 3rd. either way, registering new voters for this election is illegal....but who is gonna confront stabba the hut?

i could have sworn i saw some gov't official tell people it was useless to move there to vote in this specific election, bc their vote wouldn't count if they weren't registered for nov. 3rd. i swear i saw that. wonder if the rules were changed or the official was flat out wrong?

If you weren't eligible to vote in the general you're not eligible to vote in a runoff even if you move to GA in between the general and the run off. Afaik if you were eligible to vote in the general then you can vote in the run off.
