Assuming they don't 'find' more ballots for wonderboy, since it is within 1% again, do they trigger another runoff? If not, I guess winning the first time means nothing. :D
I eagerly await the State Department's next critique of some foreign election. Yeah... I think I would trust the "democratic process" in the Sudan over ours at this point.
