Fulton County got a lot of attention for good reason but DeKalb went even more for Biden in the farce Presidential election:

DeKalb

83.1% - 308,162 - Biden

15.7% - 58.377 - Trump

Fulton

72.6% - 380,212 - Biden

26.2% - 137,247 - Trump

Are they waiting for everyone else to report so they can stuff some ballots in DeKalb?

Answer: Most likely. Too bad a bunch of Republican counties didn't join together and delay reporting of results. There is no legitimate reason for one county to be so much slower than another. If you have more votes, you have to hire more people and buy more fraudulent vote counting machines. Simple.
