It's that way in our small county, too! However, we are working hard to change that! We have to volunteer and go to training for a day. It is paid training in my county. Because it's hourly paid, they recruit their friends to help. The republicans in each county, have to get to work to change this ratio in future elections! If it takes a lawsuit to balance this out in larger counties, republicans need to do that!
