The one thing that should be obvious is that people who vote democrat take the jobs that your typical conservative has little to no interest in. Counting votes is one. Teaching is another, so is Human Resources, Health Department, administrative position in a state department, social services, etc, etc, etc.

We aren't there so they rule the day and the levers of government and social order. Do not be surprised by this fact.
