They know black people are easily controlled and manipulated, especially black women. The entertainment industry brainwashes them into being democrat voters. It's why a black African is so much different than a black African American. It's called cultural indoctrination through manipulation and emotional propaganda that gives them the victim hood mentality.
the funniest thing is that the black African will claim to hate the black American while benefitting from the same dibs as the black American. The Black African children most times follow peer pressure and join the black American culture.
