I agree. The problem is staggered reporting. Basically what should happen is the total should be submitted by each country by X time. It’s encrypted. Then at X time later the tally is revealed all at once once 100% have reported. If you don’t report by X time you don’t get your votes counted. That honestly solves the problem. They are going the cheating after they see how many they need.
