So I took a course in differential equations after taking a year off from university to work. I got pretty good grades in calculus 1, 2, and 3, but I have not practiced math at all for exactly one year. I feel like I'm fucked and I don't know if I can succeed in the course. This was literally the first place I thought to ask for guidance because I'm retarded.
What do you guys think? How screwed am I?
By the way, the vote is going to the house of representatives where one state delegation will have one vote so Trump already won.
Review integration by parts. This will be necessary when you solve ODEs by the
linearmethod of integrating factor. It will also come up when you begin to study Laplace transform and those various topics. Also review improper integrals.
Trig identities and will also come in handy. Integrating by trig substitution might come up, but you definitely need to make sure you know how to integrate involving partial fraction decomposition.
Thanks this is a useful advice. You know that when you've studied so many things in the past and then walk away from it, it's difficult to know where to start again from.
