Tulsi's term is finishing now and she did not seek reelection. It won't matter for a while if she flips.
She didn't re-run for her house seat so she's no longer a congresswoman. I am thinking she's gonna run for governor or something different as she introduced a bunch of pro-life and anti-trans bills and also voted against the $600 bill and against vetoing Trump's NDAA. She's still a gun grabber.
Why would she flip? Dems are all bought and paid for
