What do people think will happen during the next midterms? What about the next general election?

As long as people cherish bread and circuses more than speaking out and standing up for what they believe in, then this will continue to be the "new normal." People don't want to put their worthless modern conveniences on the line. Due to gluttony and cowardice, they cling on to their garbage food and entertainment, opting for the slow boil and hoping that someone else will swoop in to rescue them from tyranny.
